CDI reminds all CDI inspectors, Terminal companies, Ship Operators and CDI Chemical companies that

1. On completion of a CDI inspection, CDI’s procedures dictate that the inspector will up-load the CDI Report to the CDI database, in accordance with the procedures governing control of the database system.

2. The CDI Inspection report must not be shared to any 3rd party in any format, other than via direct access to CDI’s databases by CDI participants with access rights
