To submit a new inspection request, please login with your Ship Operator account.
New Ship Operators who are not registered with CDI, will be invited to contact the CDI Ship Inspection Department
for the required Annex B agreement and registration form, in order to register their fleet with CDI and be issued with a user name and password.
Chinese Domestic Trading vessels
Ship Operators who are certified by the Chinese Maritime Authority for “Chinese Domestic Trade”,
are invited to contact the CDI Ship Inspection Department for the required Annex B agreement,
in order to register their vessel(s) with CDI and be provided with details, regarding
how they can register for China Domestic Trade inspections and be issued with a user name and password,
in order to submit an inspection request for a Chinese speaking inspector for a CDI inspection in China.
